Should I size up or down?

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship throughout the Philippines.

How long does delivery take?

Metro Manila: 1–3 business days (we also accept same-day delivery)
Provincial Areas: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotions, or unforeseen courier delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, Instagram, or SMS.

Exchange Policy

Do you accept size exchanges?

Yes. We accept size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned (with no damage) in its original condition with all tags attached. Exchanges are only accepted for the same item in a different size and of equal value (if the item is unavailable).

What items are non-returnable?

All items are non-refundable unless the size you wish to exchange is unavailable.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the item. Our team will assist you with the next steps.
