Where is All Sweat Lifestyle based?

- All Sweat Lifestyle is from the Philippines.

 

Can you ship internationally?

- We only ship locally in the Philippines, but we will be expanding our shipment internationally soon. However, we can make special arrangements as per your request but will incur additional costs.

 

What are the modes of payment?

- Payment methods are through online transfer &/or bank deposit. (Details to be shown once ordered online through the website.)

 

How to order?

- Order through our website by checking out our products

- Click 'Buy Now'

- Fill up the form

- After filling up, you will receive an e-mail regarding your order

- Pay through online transfer/bank deposit

- Send proof of payment at hello@allsweatlifestyle.com

- Approval for delivery

 

How long will it take me to get my order?

- Orders will be received 2-4 days after deposit through our courier partner. Contact us if you wish to use a different courier for a priority delivery. Additional costs might incur. 

 

What do i do if my order is damaged/for exchange due to wrong size?

Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, but all items may be exchanged for other merchandise/size. Exchanges are only valid within 7 days upon purchase. If 7 days have passed and we have not received the items back, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

 

To be eligible for an exchange the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Items will only be granted an exchange via our courier partner once. 

Shipping for exchanges:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for packages that get lost in the mail. Please insure your return packages for extra security.
